Sustainability at the Coast restaurant
We attach great importance to sustainability and work with regional suppliers wherever possible. We obtain lamb from the goose farm in Keitum, fish from Esbjerg in Denmark and wagyu meat from the North Friesland wagyu farm in Risum Lindholm. This not only guarantees the freshness of our ingredients, but also supports the local economy and protects the environment.
We also help to reduce the CO2 footprint of our guests and of tourism on Sylt: That’s why we recently added two e-charging stations for electric cars in front of our restaurant! So you can charge your car and enjoy a delicious meal or a glass of wine at our bar at the same time!
