We would like to inspire you with our creative cuisine and give you new taste experiences.
We consistently rely on fresh products from our region – the good is so close! We purchase dyke lamb from Gänsehof in Keitum, fish from Esbjerg in Denmark and Wagyu meat from Wagyu breeding North Friesland in Risum Lindholm. Freshness and quality are the top criteria when choosing our products.
We would also be happy to combine products and flavors from other countries for you, using Mediterranean cuisine, for example, quite simply, creative cuisine from land and sea!
